Dubbed by VOGUE as one of 5 Jamaican models to change the face of fashion! This supermodel, TV personality, and motivational speaker is one of the most recognizable faces in the fashion industry. Self-trained, Stacey McKenzie has appeared in magazines including VOGUE (U.S., Italian, British, Korean, and Spanish), Harpers Bazaar, Interview, Essence, Flare, and advertising campaigns including Calvin Klein, Jean Paul Gaultier, and MAC Cosmetics; a host of MTV Stylissimo (Europe’s House of Style); a judge and model mentor on Canada’s Next Top Model and America’s Next Top Model. An actor, Stacey was featured in the cult classic The Fifth Element and the hit TV series Power and Utopia Falls.
In 2013, Stacey launched The Walk Camp for young girls, a free 2-week-long camp to inspire and empower young girls to love and own who they are with confidence, giving them opportunities through mentorship to go after their dreams and goals despite their circumstances in life.
Stacey has been recognized with the Success, Engagement, and Empowerment Award from the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa, the Women in Media Award from the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, the Jackie Robinson Fortitude Award, the BFBG Icon, and Lifetime Achievement Award, and the QORIHC Award for her achievements in modeling and her work with youths through The Walk Camp.
Stacey was recently seen on the hit reality show series America’s Next Top Model as the official model coach and mentor, and on ET Canada as a style expert. Her latest campaigns include the MAC Cosmetics #CanadianOriginal campaign, the Mercedes-Benz “She’s Mercedes” campaign, and Reitmans Canada.
